Has anyone used the Prince Lionheart buggy connectors?

Wondered if these are any good? Sometimes think it would be easier to get around with my two little strollers rather than my beast of a twin buggy.

Has anyone used these and can recommend/or not?

Cheers!

I have them. I wouldn't recomend them for day to day use. Even two very flimsey lightweight strollers are awkward to push when joined together. And with the width of the connectors added on to the width of the buggys it is impossible to get through doorways. We bought them for a holiday, mainly for when we got off the plane etc. so that I could push both the babies while dp pushed the luggage.

Thanks Kelly - maybe I'll give them a miss. Guess there really is no alternative to a twin buggy! Sometimes feel like I am pushing a bus .

I cant remember how old yours are, but have you considered a buggy board? Mine are 19mnths and love it, my only problem is that I can't really use it while going round shops or anything because they escape, but for walking it is great.

what bout a phil and teds... thats so easy to push and only the size of a single!

NappiesGalore · 11/11/2006 17:44

yes.
bought them.
used them once.
screwed up my wrist for about a year.
not recommended.

Hi NannyL

I've looked at the phil and teds but not sure - aren't there arguments about who goes in the front? The child in the back looks rather squashed and can't see anything, it just seems a bit mean! Have you used one and can recommend?

had one.
never really had who goes where areguments, but see how that could happen.
child in back can see out the sides and like the novelty of 'special' seat.
i did have prob of child in back putting hands on wheels while moving or while stopped at lights or whatever which made me think theyd either hurt themselves or get nasties on their hands and transfer to mouth/eyes quickly, but apparently im the only one that happened to (no-one else seems to find it a prob)
i recommend.
v easy to push 1 handed, v compact, great to be able to use it as a single...
i miss mine.
