Hot in the city

Hi, I live in London and it's scorching. Stuffy and humid.

Our 10 wk old twin DSs have been grazing and not been sleeping for a few days. We think it may be the heat. My arm is so sore from holding this little chap but he won't sleep. He's not crying now but He cries if we put him in bed or the cot.

Anyone else finding this?

dd was like this (she's 3 now) and we bought a fan for her room to keep her cool, cool baths/sponge downs and little clothing.

The extra feeding may be lack of apetite but need for fluids so perhaps some cooled boiled water?

It is boiling isn't it! I'm 25 weeks preg with twins and am really feeling it, but my daughter (8months) isn't enjoying it either.. we have a fan in the room with us (she's in with us in her cot at moment as decorating other room) and I make sure she's getting plenty of water/ bfing lots.

In another situation I would suggest a sling for you (to save your arms!) but it may be a bit hot for that!
