Hi,

I am looking into getting a 'Debt relief order' But im getting confused. The website said

"You cannot apply for a DRO without the assistance of an intermediary."

Sorry but i dont understand who i need to see. It does not say where to go or who to ask. I have tried calling C.A.B but they never seem to answer their phones. I know they are busy but i dont know what to do.

Please can anyone help??

Before you look at a DRO the main barrier for most people is whether they have assets of £300. If you have ever paid into a pension fund it is likely you have.

Have a look at the moneysavingexpert site.
