dp and i are renting at the moment and are fed up with paying dead money we want our own place, mainly for security and stability reasons as we now have dd. the prob is my credit isnt too bad, but dp's is pretty awful. i am self employed and dp is working full time and on a pretty good wage. has anyone got any experience or advice on any mortgage companies who take on adverse credit? oh, and we have no deposit...i know, major problem but we simply cant afford to save up a deposit while paying bills etc

surely, i know very black/white, but to me it quite simple...give us a mortgage...if we dont pay (we have rented 2.8yrs and NEVER missed a rent payment or been late!) repossess?

please help, any advice at all would be great!

tia

sorry, can't really answer your question fully.., but i don't think that anywhere will give you 100% mortgage... you WILL need a deposit

Get in touch with a mortgage broker/s they may be able to help you out with a specialised mortgage. Weve been in touch with quite a few whose numbers we got off the internet and have found one that can offer us a good deal even with our current circumstances.

Sorry haven't checked threads been on for few days.

The mortgage broker we are going with is clearcut mortgages. We've just had the mortgage offer through the post, so finally peace of mind.
We have a good deal to compared to what other mortgage brokers were offering.

Our circumstances are dh has a low paid job, I am an agency worker(they took it into consideration under the no proof of income thing) and we have about 15,000 of various debt. What were clearing with remortgage.
When we bought the house my dh was in the navy and on a distant wage and I worked on and off. my dh came out the navy to be with us and support me as I am a student again.

Would definately reccommend you get in touch with them they've been fantastic, they take into account any benefits you get to such as tax credits and child benefit.
There number should be on the internet or I can give you it.
All the best! let me know how you get on!
