Do I sell my lovely wedding dress to pay solicitors fees cos we have found a lovely house??

We have finally found a house we like - we're 1st time buyers too so this has been a very long process

I am amazed at what we have to pay for and am concerned as to where we're going to get all this cash from - so I thought, should I sell my wedding dress? Might pay for solicitors fees?

I'm never going to wear it (nor fit it!) again am I?!

You could try and see if your local town as a secondhand dress shop. They might buy it from you. Sell it. Just think what you will have at the end of it. Your first home! Good luck.
