RANDOM ? BUT WE THINK WE HAVE A CAT WITH A BROKEN LEG

HOWEVER THE CAT WAS A STRAY IT DOES NOT LIVE IN R HOME IT COMES AND GO FOR FOOD BUT NEVER STAYS IN THE HOUSE

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA ON WHAT I SHOULD DO AS I COULD NOT AFFORD THE VET BILLS BUT I DONT WANT TO SEE THE CAT IN PAIN.

ANY IDEAS ON WHAT CHARITIES ETC ACCEPT STRAY CATS, WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO KEEP THE CAT BUT WE COULD NOT PAY FOR IT

Could you take it to a vet, explain it's not yours, and ask if they have a charity such as the PDSA or the Cats Protection League who can help. The Cats Protection League helped me with a vet bill a few years ago. They would also accept the stray cat.

I would go to the Cats Protection League. They are fantastic.

I used to work in a vets and if someone bought in a stray i think we were bound to treat it in those circs. If the cat was ill rather than injured it becomes a different matter because you wouldnt know what treatment it was on - i would post this in PETS as there are a few vets on here.
