Can I warn others about this man?

This man (SIL ex-p) got not proven verdict (Scots law for we know you did it but can't prove to the letter of the law!) for lurid behaviour towards a minor (my 14yr old niece).

We have heard there are also allegations of inappropriate behaviour with another womans 7yr old daughter (somewhere in England). He was living with the woman for about 3 months.

Procurator Fiscal has confirmed (off the record) that there is another case to answer to in England and if our case had been held in England he would more than likely been found guilty - she also said "dont worry, we didnt get him this time, but someone else will sooner or later".

Thing is it took a year for the police to get their hands on him for our court date, and now he's out and about again. The other allegations happened when there was a warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear at first court date.

We know he "found" my SIL and this other woman through internet dating sites. I cant get it out of my head that someone else will suffer before he is finally found guilty.

Was thinking about creating public profiles for him on sites like Bebo and Facebook and out-ing him in the hope to warn other mums - would I be breaking the law doing this?

Lindax, your heart is in the right place. But until there is a conviction, you have the law of defamation and libel to worry about. He can sue you for damages.
