No joint assets. Each paying our own bills. The money in question was a hundred pounds or so I would send him roughly once a month to top up his funds. Max one transaction a month.

Nappy, no because a weekly stop over is a regular thing whichever day and no they wouldn't sit outside the house for 24 hours watching them come and go. they would arrive when the neighbour reported the boyfriend arrived, take a picture and convict you on that alone, you don't even have to be guilty.

Seashells situation is slightly different because it was temporary.
Look seriously big brother is not watching them all the time, there probably won't be a problem at all.
In your friends situation just make sure as few people as possible know she's claiming, it's nobody's business and then she should be fine.

The trouble is I have access to information I cannot post on a forum, if she could email me at [email protected] that would be great.
