Has anybody done research yet on who's offering best rates/least charges?

Just don't know where to take my cheque when it finally arrives

There was a CTF special in the Guardian money bit at the weekend. They had recommendations for savings accounts, stocks & share options and stakeholders as well as an article on how your kids will probably end up spending it. Links are...

For playing safe....

For taking a risk....

Can you trust them to spend it wisely....

Sorry, can't do proper links!

They basically are not good rates for tracker funds specifically made for CTF money

May be better with the top ups anyway putting in another one

I think that is correct anyway

My DS is too old so haven't done any research on it myself.

So what on earth are we supposed to do with the thing? without being ripped off that is? is a traditional savings account (for CTF) the way to go?

I've sent off for the info from the co op insurance service as its the most ethical one I've found. Don't want the money at all but as we have to have it, I especially dont want my 1 year old funding nuclear power stations, weapons and tobacco!
