(these are ball park figures) am trying to work out if I can go back to work (hopefully0 on a good wage and still make things work - will also see the advisors at the job centre but as it stands i'll have £110 p.w to buy food, treats, birthdays etc etc - (will be like a life of luxury!)

must have forgotten something thou.

Mobile phone and land line?
it's £60 p/m for my net & landline - mobile is P&G, i'm used to not haing credit to nothing new there! lol.

Union subscriptions?
none.
Does the insurance include contents,
buildings, and car?

no buildings as I rent, but yes to the other two, at £20 each per month.
Pension contributions?
none as of yet - getting sorted before I start taking on those as well.
Any other debts you're paying off?
yes
Any magazine or similar subscriptions?
don't do any not a big fan.

am off to see the lone parent this avo so fingers crossed for good news.

Can you change soon? You can get much cheaper than that! I pay £9 a month for £30,000, accidental cover and thats for a 2 bedroom terraced house.

yeah it's up for renewal in january - so will look around. at the time I needed something about 20 mins before I took the keys over! lol.
