DH is on a really strange set up at the moment. He is technically on a self employed contract but the people he works for still treat the staff like they are employees rather than contractors.
DH had proper flu a couple of weeks ago. He was signed off by the GP for a fortnight. We have also had a week's holiday. His pay this month (which was actually for June FFS) had the 14 days sick deducted from it.
DH wants to know can he clam any sick pay for this time?
