Should I fix my gas&electricity now?

My fixed rate is coming to an end in a few weeks. EDF have emailed asking to choose another fixed rate, but they dont seem much better than the variable rate?

Not sure what to do, has anyone got advice?

I am with Utility Warehouse and they have come in cheapest. Still got exit fees. £75 for each service. But they pay you any over payment at the end of each year. My bill at the end of September was +£86 so that has helped a lot with costs rising.
