Self Assessment Tax form UK Query

I'm a full time Carer for dh. The only income I, personally, have is Carer's Allowance. I'm considering whether to take some of my private pension as a lump sum but wondered if this will trigger me having to complete a self assessment tax form with HMRC. I currently don't even receive a P60 from them so would just add up 12 months carers allowance as my only income then withdraw the pension amount that keeps me under my personal tax allowance for this year. However, dh receives taxable disability benefits and a few months also received an inheritance, in his sole name, from his dad's estate. On my self assessment tax form will there be any questions about dhs income/savings, or will the questions only be about me?

Half an answer from a self employed person!

Your self assessment is only about you (there are technically two questions re spouses one re whether you want to use Marriage allowance and one about the Higher earning Child benefit charge)

So it deals with your earnings, savings and income not the households
