Hi all. I want to start investing in a stocks & shares ISA, I’ve not got much to invest on a monthly basis yet (going to start with £50 per month) but hoping to increase this.
I’m struggling to decide what account to open. Through Moneybox I could get one with a £1 monthly fee. There’s a 0.45% annual fee plus fund fees. It all means very little to me atm.
I have also found InvestEngine. Does anyone have any experience of using it?
any help gratefully received!

Might be better to get this moved to the investment section, they can give advice on investments

Have a look at T212 as it doesn’t charge any platform or trading fees.

Also came to say Trading 212 have no fees.

The interface isn’t as easy as some but perfectly fine still.

I use vanguard and find it very easy to use. I have the vanguard life strategy fund and you can pick your investments based on your level of risk

I agree vanguard funds are good and their fund management fees are low. However their platform fees are a minimum of £4 a month which works out at 8% on a monthly £50 investment so not appropriate for the OP until she has built up a bigger fund.
