Kitchen floor coming up after only 2 years - WWYD?

I had a kitchen refit with inheritance money so it was an emotional purchase. We moved out our house for 2 weeks and joiner and his connections (electrician, plumber etc) did everything including laying the floor.
The joiner annoying didn’t do a few things quite right and he was really huffy when we had snagging issues. Anyway after they all left we had a leak as the plumber hadn’t sealed the sink properly.
then another leak as when he was sealing that he dislodged piping so we had a lot of water leak out but husband shut off the water and we called a different one out as unhappy with the plumber who did the work. A year or so later I noticed some tiles starting to bulge up where the sun comes through patio doors so had joiner back. He would relay bits of the floor but charge me for it which we couldn’t afford. Also the line was discontinued so not enough for the whole floor. Anyway floor is getting worse by the day so I complained again and he came
round saying in his professional opinion it was water damage. I complained to him and the kitchen place for low quality goods asking for a quality inspection. Because our joiner had said he thought it was water damage the kitchen place said we weren’t covered by any of their guarantees but gesture of good will we could have more flooring at cost price. I complained to head office as they were not going to send anyone out! Finally floor person came and there are a few issues (not water damage) and one is the floor not having enough room to settle so when it got hot the tiles had nowhere to breathe and they bulged up and this is starting to happen over the kitchen. So it sounds like they are leaning to poor fitting. Would you tell the joiner now or wait for the final report? He and the kitchen place obviously tried to say it was our issue. he is not a cowboy but pretty young starting out but he did get hot headed enough that my DH thought he was going to deck him for complaints I made. All I want is a floor that will last 10 years rather Having to replace after 2 years?

Why is a joiner laying floor tiles?
Also, did he use tile spacers? Why would it need additional space to settle?
I imagine the leaks caused more damage than is visible tbh.
The company is bound to say it’s workmanship, they don’t want to fork out to sort the issues if they can blame someone else.

Sounds like laminate tiles that’s why it’s a joiner not a tiler

wait for final report go through it and make sure you know your facts then contact joiner
