Uswitch 5 hours free electricity

Is anyone else doing the u switch 5 hours free electricity this weekend? How are you making the most of it? I've been doing around 3 loads of laundry each session, dishwasher, charging devices, usual cooking. I've made between £1-2 each time which is better than nothing but wondering what other people have been getting.

I'm averaging £4.73 a week. I've done a wash before the session started so I could have the tumble dryer on for the full 5 hours. I've done my hot washes during the free power. Defrosted the freezer. Had both ovens on the whole time to help heat the house and cook stuff for the rest of the week. Made 2 loaves in the bread maker. Charged everything. Done a tiny bit of ironing. Run the dishwasher. I've loved these sessions, sad that this weekend is the last one

Oh wow that's impressive @LondonCheesecake I hadn't even thought of some of those things! We don't have a tumble dryer and our heating is gas. I did put my dishwasher and washing machine on an empty cleaning cycle last weekend. I could do better at charging all my devices. I did charge the hoover but forgot about laptop and kids devices.

Our heating is gas but it doesn't have to work so hard when the electric oven is chucking out heat so saved a little on my gas too.

We do 2 loads of washing and the tumble drying, dehumidifier on, some ironing, oven on for the roast and some vacuuming. I get absolutely knackered! So far I have saved £7.34...
