Hi, I’m sure there will be some who work term time only. For example in a school etc.
This is in relation to what happens with Universal Credit in this situation. Obviously I know many who work part time but more importantly in a school and are on UC. I have a lot of pressure on me to take up 30 hrs a week, I can not manage this due to many reasons and health.
So i would rather have something than nothing. If you do a few days a week term time. I get it that you will then just get a pro rata amount for the holidays. I just wonder if there will be a shortfall somewhere and what UC do there. As I know things can be adjusted, but i can’t imagine them to be happy when they have to pay you more as opposed to less, if they can get you doing more.
But a change of role to a term time job would be good I think, it would certainly solve some issues.
Thankyou
