HSBC ISA

Hi all,
Does anyone have any experience with an HSBC cash ISA?
Mine should have matured around 24th September, but still shows on my banking app as the fixed rate from last Sept of 4.45%.
In the info there's something about it being transferred automatically at the end of the term, but I haven't received anything through the post or heard anything. I want to move it, but not sure how.. do I need to go into a branch?
Thanks in advance!

Hi, these mature after 13 months, I think. When it matures, it will convert into the Loyalty ISA. The rate on that begins at 2.something. Depending on where you want to move it to, you can potentially do it online.

Thank you. Where did you find this? Do you know if that means I can't move it until the end of this month? Or can I move it to avoid the lower rate?

You need to wait until it matures and you see the interest in your account. Then you can transfer it.

if you decide to transfer it to another provider it’s important not to withdraw it yourself from HSBC. The new provider will arrange the transfer so you can maintain its ISA status.

This. Makes sure your new ISA provider makes the transfer in. It can take a few days to process but usually works ok.

I will get the new provider to do the transfer, don't worry, that's why I didn't want to apply if it was too early to move it.
I meant that because it was still showing in the original ISA I wasn't sure how to know when I could do anything with it, and did I need to speak to someone in branch first, but that has been answered for me.

Edited as unclear first time round!
