Mortgage with 3 year old ccj?

Hi, looking for some help!

Partner has a CCJ (parking fine sent to old house after we’d moved out, which we had no idea about until we got a debt collection letter 2 addresses later!!) which is 3 years old soon and was fully satisfied as soon as we were aware of it. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this and if we will still be offered decent mortgage rates?

We’ve had a mortgage already for 5 years never defaulted on any payments on anything! Just looking to move to a bigger place but don’t want this to hold us back.

Thanks in advance!

I would think you could with a mortgage broker specialising in the subprime market.
But this is why you need to keep the DVLC up to date.

A whole market broker like L&C would be best place to advise if it affects you.
