How can I get a mortgage on low deposit. Fixed NHS salary. Son will be appearing in gcse in 4 years. Need stability.

Please please please - go and see an independent mortgage broker local to you. They will have all the knowledge and access to all the best deals. A good one will guide you through the whole process and give you all the options and comparisons. They are not expensive.
Make sure you get some mortgage life insurance too but might be cheaper online.

thanks. I am booked to see a mortgage broker. I do have an income protection in place but will check the mortgage insurance too.
