Funding as student in Scotland with a family

I'm considering applying to an Allied health course - I live in Scotland- and wondered if anyone could give me any insight as to what kind of funding/benefits are available? The online calculators aren't very helpful and I would to get an idea if this is a feasible reality or if I'm just dreaming 😔.

My total household income atm is around £37000 and childcare would work out around 800-900/mnth. I've worked out I would be entitled to maximum student loan but would I also be entitled to Universal Credit or help with childcare costs? 🙏

Not sure about allied health. I'm a student nurse (mature) in Scotland. I get NHS bursary - £10000 a year. I get childcare costs for my youngest. Any student bursary/loan is deducted £1 for £1 from UC. So it wipes out our entitlement. Not sure if that helps or not! Sorry! Universities do have discretionary childcare funds as well.
