UC - UC50 form

Hello,
I've been claiming UC and have recently been sent the questionnaire to fill in relating to my disability. I have autism, mental health issues and a physical condition that can affect mobility.
I've filled in the physical side of the questionnaire as that's pretty straight forward and I can do almost all of the activities. I'm really struggling with the mental, cognitive and intellectual capabilities. As I'm autistic I'm really struggling to understand what the questions are actually asking, for example, asking if I can work an alarm clock... is this literally can I work an alarm clock or is there hidden meaning? I've read that they're not actually asking if you can set an alarm clock but it's just so confusing.
I'm worried they'll assess me as having capability for work if I put the wrong thing and don't answer the questions properly.
For context I was hospitalised last year for my mental health (was in hospital for 2 months) and then was sacked from work on the grounds of not being fit for work so I genuinely believe I should be awarded LCWRA but I'm worried I'm going to answer the questions wrong. Any advice?

Your right that that kind of question is misleading. Of course you could set an alarm clock. But would you remember to set an alarm? Would the task of having an alarm set keep you up as you know you've got to be up again in so many hours. Stuff like that

Do you have a CPN or support worker that can help you with the forms? Or book an appointment with CAB.
Filling them in is horrible. When you apply for jobs, you have to sell yourself... and the UC forms are the opposite to that, and it can feel wrong. You have to think about your limitations.
When I did my forms, I used the Rethink website. But it seems they don't have any info about claiming benefits on there anymore, which is a shame as it it really broke it all down and said how to word things.
