We bought our tumble dryer in February. It worked absolutely fine the first few months. Then, a couple of months ago, just stopped drying properly. After several cycles we have to give up and hang our clothes out to dry.
We contacted the company and they sent someone out to have a look. They did some tests (just to see if water was running through etc) and said it worked fine, gave some advice and left. But the issue continued.
Contacted them again and they sent someone else from an external company. Again, he checked it, said all seemed fine, gave more advice and left. We've followed all the advice.
The external company said to contact them again if we need to but I don't know if it's best to go back to the company. I would like for them to exchange it, but then I don't know if we will end up with the same problem again but be out of warranty. Any advice on this?
