Petition to reform the Child Benefit system

There is a petition to reform the child benefit system. It suggests increasing the threshold at which it is taken away to take into account inflation and assessing eligibility on household income rather than the highest earner. Agree. The threshold should be lower and only for one child.

It should be calculated on a household income basis. All tax allowances and thresholds should be.

But you think 2 people earning £49999 each do? The system is very flawed.
