Tax implications of transferring parents home into children's name

Good morning

Is there anyone here that knows about the IHT/CGT/care home fees aspects of transferring parents home into children's name?

Thanks in advance

Make sure the children aren't married or plan to get married whilst the parents are alive as if they divorce the parents could have to sell their home as their home will be a marital asset of the divorced couple.

I can't think of anything more terrifying than losing control of my own destiny when I'm old and vulnerable.
