Remortgaging - statements

Can someone in the know possibly advise me on what might put a mortgage provider off when they look at my bank statements? My worries are:
I've been going into my overdraft every single month without fail for the last 6 months.
I spend a lot at the pub. 2 x a week minimum I have a night at the pub. £20ish each time.
I have accumulated credit card debt in the last 5 years, mainly due to a relationship breakdown. All on 0% cards.
Would these be enough to get turned down? I have never missed a payment on anything, ever. I don't earn big but I don't spend big either. The pub is my only 'luxury' everything else goes on covering bills really.
Any advice gratefully received as I'm getting stressed tbh.

Massive flag - you can't afford your current lifestyle.
