Hi there I am currently getting pip and I am getting the enhanced rate for living and standard for mobility but my mental health is worsening I also have bowel incontinence which is worsening. I am not sue a review until next year February. Is it a good idea to tell them a change in my circumstances. I have read story's that they can stop my pip for this reason and I cannot afford that as I cannot work due to my health. I'm under a psychologist and currently undergoing EMDR for PTSD and I am on a waiting list for a colorectal surgeon. They all ready know about these conditions but they are worsening. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks xx

If you're already on high rare care, I'm not sure what the difference would be.
I wouldn't, in those circumstances.

I would use it more for things like being in hospital or abroad for more than the maximum permitted amount.

I am anxious by nature so I've double checked, because if you follow the exact wording it seems like you have to tell them every single thing.

But a worsening condition where you still meet the same descriptors as before, you don't need to.
