Just that really. Our fixed mortgage is coming to an end in July and we are starting to shop around for new deals. If you're about to or just re/mortgaged what interest rate did you get? Did you fix or go on tracker with fingers crossed for the future?

We changed to tracker base 0.14+ yesterday. 2 years.

Fixed ends in June and the new rate starts August 😀

No fees, can over pay or fix anytime.

4.58 for two years

TedLasto · 17/05/2023 11:32

4.38% over 5 years. Would have been cheaper if willing to pay a fee. Left it hoping rates would come down but wish I'd done it a few months ago.

We're buying now and our rate is 4.11%, lower than we thought. For 5 years. That's with a £1k fee but we've added that on the borrowing.

We bought it at 3.24% 90% LTV 2 years ago. Just remortgaged at 4.49% at 76% LTV. Absolute swines!
