Will we get UC if DH loses his job?

DH is on a visa and has no recourse to public funds.
I'm currently on mat leave. I get UC top up for me and the DC, I have to manually report DH's pay each month.
They give me the single person element then the elements for baby DD and DS18 who is on high rate care and mobility PIP.

DH has been in his job 14 months but the company is not doing well. They have sacked a lot of staff and are on the bare minimum staff. DH hasn't been paid for all of his shifts recently and we're worried he will be out of a job soon. If that happens will I get full UC for me and the DC? I'll be on SMP next month and I'm panicking.

Obviously DH is looking for something else.

You will continue to get all the elements you currently get- standard element for yourself, childrens elements, disabled child element, carers element ( presumably) and rent element if you rent. Depending on the amount that your s.mp works out to ( SMP is treated as earnings), you may still have some deductions for your earnings but it won't be a lot. So in short yes you will still get a significant amount of UC with those elements which will all amount to quite a bit. Higher disabled child element is over £400 in itself.

Thankyou that's a weight off.
I wasn't sure if they would sanction me or expect me to go back to work if DH isn't working. I'm still breastfeeding so not ready to return yet.

You would have no work commitments at all, firstly because you have a baby and secondly because you are presumably a carer for your elder child. As long as you are claiming carers element you will never have any work commitments or be sanctioned.
