Changing from claiming as single to a couple?

So this month I'm no longer going to be claiming as a single person as my boyfriend is going to be moving in. How do I make sure I do it all properly and what is there to remember to do? I'd never want to do anything wrong and potentially end up in trouble by doing it wrong. Just after some advice if anyone has a council property and moved a partner in.

I get universal credit (housing element) and ESA as I have kidney failure. Tia

When you report as a change of circumstances on your Uc account your bf will be given a share code to make his own account which will then be linked to yours. His income will be taken into account so you may be worse off, it's worth using a benefits calculator to check how it may change.

As above. Then your single standard element goes up to become a joint element. If you get the LCWRA element on your claim then you can continue to claim that and some of his earnings will be disregarded before his earnings reduce your UC. Do you get contributions based ESA alongside Uc or just UC ?
