Old child maintenance calculation

I understand that the current child maintenance calculations are simplified compared to how they used to be as they no longer take into account the resident parents income. 'm trying to find out how it was previously calculated so I could see how much my ex would have to pay under the old system, but I can't find that anywhere. Can anyone help please?

this would be pre 2000 at least, I don't know how much earlier, so I doubt you'd find anything on the internet

Why would you want to know historical figure like that ?

for reference the figures for the CSA around 2006/7

25% of net income for 3 children

I believe 15% of net income for one child

20% of income for 2 children

more than 52 nights per year at NRP would alter this payment

if the NRP had any other children living with them - even a partners dc, then 10% was taken away from the wages net before the calculation was done

Thanks, yeah it's the figures from the 1991 rules that I'm looking for.
