What is the difference between a police check and an enhance police check.

Something like that might be included as additional information on an enhanced CRB disclosure, especially if it was recent.

Re: visa waiver - if you have been arrested...even wrongfully...you can not travel under the waiver scheme.

However this is now moot, because from january there is no waiver and all uk travelers to the US need to apply for visa's.
