ASDA REWARDS VOUCHERS USELESS

I've just been into my local ASDA and yet again my Rewards Vouchers show up as invalid on my receipt. The first time I tried to use them a few weeks ago this happened and I was told by the cashier to phone customer services. I tried twice but after holding on for over 45 mins each time I gave up. I then had the bright idea of buying just a couple of items at the customer service desk, stupidly thinking they would be able to get them to work. They couldn't and after a large queue developing behind me, they advised me to email customer services rather than phone. I had to email twice over 2 weeks before I got a reply, so much for their promise to respond within 48 hours! They subsequently deleted my vouchers and returned the money to my "pot" so that I wouldn't run out of time to use the vouchers. They said their technical team was looking at the problem with vouchers and to leave it a few days before creating new ones. I've just been into asda again and, unsurprisingly, my new vouchers don't work either. I was told by the cashier that I'm not the first this had happened to, so wondered if anyone else has come across this and how did you resolve the issue?

Update: I successfully used mine today at the self service checkout. Hope everyone else can get theirs working too.

I have just logged into my asda reward account, and I have had £63 stolen in vouchers. No idea how they have accessed my account and done this. I’m going to get in touch with asda but from reading previous posts I have a feeling this might be hard. The person must still have my account linked to them as I have received rewards from Cheltenham and I’m in Liverpool.

Can anyone give me the email address for asda rewards their customer services helpline is more than useless as they don't answer the phone??

I use the app and have had no issues

My wife's Rewards APP has been hacked twice in the last couple of weeks. Once on the 9th November, where she lost £50, with the transaction taking place in Clapham Junction (140 miles away). ASDA helpline were very accommodating and reimbursed the sum taken. They also ran through changing the password on the APP.

2nd occasion was this last Friday, 18th November. Lost £60 this time, with transaction taking place in Stockport (150 miles away). We actually had an ASDA grocery delivery on the day but did not notice the funds missing until later in the weekend. This time the customer services team were not helpful at all, suggesting that my wife had not changed the password on both the APP and her online shopping account on the previous occasion. She had only been told to change the APP password, which she had done at the time. Their comment was that this led to the accounts being "insecure", so this was a problem of her own making. They even asked if she changed her email password as well, which I find absolutely ridiculous, as the email has 2-factor password sign in, so she would have known when someone tried to access her emails.

My brother-in-law had the same issue a few weeks back, with all his funds going missing.

I am beginning to wonder whether their online systems are secure at all, or whether there is a "mole" dishing out shopper's details from within the organisation.

Not very happy about this, and that's putting it politely. Have emailled a strong worded email to their customer services and copied in the CEO (whose email address is on their complaints website), to later read on the internet that he has actually left.

We wait with bated breath for a response.

@Absolom1 that is terrible, your wife is not the first person I have heard about that this has happened to. There is something terribly wrong with these ASDA Rewards. I, also, emailed the CEO Ken Towle? about ASDA Rewards problems a few weeks ago but have, so far, not received a reply from him or anyone at ASDA. The staff on the checkout in my local ASDA seem absolutely fed up of dealing with the vouchers.
