Sending Money to a Bitcoin Address Without an Exchange Service Account

I have recently used a Russian exchange service which makes it possible to convert money from one’s bank card into Bitcoin and send it to a Bitcoin address. This service does not require the creation of an account and linking one’s bank card with it. A person simply has to enter the required information about his/ her bank card, the sum of money to be sent, and a Bitcoin address to which the money is to be sent. (The entered sum is automatically converted into the equivalent sum in the Bitcoin currency.)
Are there similar exchanges in the United States which do not require the creation of an account and linking one’s card to it?
The ones which I have tried (Binance, Robinhood, Webull, etc.) require the creation of an account and linking one’s card to it.

If there is I haven't heard of it, they have kyc in the US as well as here so unlikely.

Surprised your bank let you deposit to a Russian site, mine are even difficult with coinbase!

Thank you. I live in Russia. So sending money to a Bitcoin address through a Russian exchange was not a problem.

Do you know how Bitcoin ATMs work? Can a person send money from his bank card to a Bitcoin address through a Bitcoin ATM without having to create any account or Bitcoin wallet?

I need this information for someone in the US who wanted to send money to me in Russia. Due to the restrictions, the transfer was not made directly between banks. But sending money to a Bitcoin address is a good alternative, since Bitcoin is not under restrictions in Russia.

I think Cashapp does that, but as far as I know it requires KYC (verification of your passport, driver licence etc). Never used it tho.

Bitcoin ATMs generally take cash and send the bitcoin to your bitcoin wallet directly, no bank involved.

Thank you for the information. If Bitcoin ATMs do not require the creation of a Bitcoin wallet, then using them is a convenient way to quickly send money to someone’s Bitcoin address.
