Remortgaging - should we fix for 10 years - not sure if we will move or extend...

Although reading study on moneysavingexpert, finding it difficult to take in all information.....
We've been on a low fixed 5 year rate coming to an end in just under 3 months. We're re - mortgaging ( 11 years left, 20% LTV now on a 90% repayment/10% interest only) and can get a 5 year , 7 year or 10 year fix at 3.39, 3.69, 3.74% respectively - none have product fees

When we had the choice 5 years ago , we choose 5 years rather than 7 or 10 but now think a10 year fix might be best as interest rates unlikely to be less than 1.25% in 10 years? Although housing crash also predicted so not sure what that would mean for interest rates predictions??

The other factor for us to consider is we're at the point with ages of 2 dc where we would like to extend or buy. We are more likely to buy but not sure and am not sure whether this affects which fix we should go for? Thoughts and advice much appreciated.
