Child Tax Credits finishing

Advice and your experiences please.

My Child Tax Credits and Working Tax Credits are ending in September due to my child finishing A Levels. I plan to pick up extra work to replace the £110 a week I received. However this will take me well over the income margin stated on my renewal form.
Has anyone had experience of going exceeding the earnings margin (probably by about 2k)? Even thou, I will be out of the benefits system by April 2023, will my whole year income still be assessed? I want to be forearmed if I’m possibly going to end up paying some back.
TIA

Yes it will be re-assessed over the year so you may have to pay money back.
