Best money management app for adult with sen

Hi,
My adult dsd lives independently in her own house with her children. She has a healthy budget but can't manage her spending and often has to ask us for emergency money to pay food/bills etc
I've been looking at budgeting apps that would link into her bank account and assign the money for bills before she spends it. She would then know how much she has to spend on food/clothes etc. We would have to help her setting this up.
Are there any apps that can do this? I've looked at various apps but would love a personal recommendation. Our problem is that she is very independent and won't let us become involved in her finances so we can't manage her spending together.

Hyperjar is brilliant!

Thanks de88. Unfortunately it looks like it's just for children so we can't use it

Not an app but I use the moneysavingexpert budget spreadsheet.
It is easy to put all the data in and work out how much money is 'spare'.
(Not very much tbh).
Then I have a different account for food/petrol and another for bills.
What's still left in my main current account, I can spend on whatever.

(Autistic with adhd).

It's not at all just for children :-) we use it as adults. It's great!

I’m autistic and I really like Starling bank. I’ve set up “spaces” and on the 1st of each month my allocated money for petrol, food, saving for annual expenses like car insurance etc all get moved out of the main screen of the account so what’s left is my “fun money”. I also send savings to a completely separate account as soon as all my bills have gone out at the beginning of the month.
You can set up bills to be paid directly from spaces, and either transfer a set amount each month or choose to top up to a certain amount of you have money left over in the space.

As well as this I track everything I spend on a spreadsheet which has enabled me to be realistic about how much annual things cost me per month rather than me just guessing.

It’s still hard to manage my money especially when I have a new special interest, but it’s definitely helped.

Monzo or Starling. Both let you make 'pots' and assign bills to come out of them. So at the start at the month you can have x amount of money automatically go into the bills pot and all bills come out of there, and then anything left in the main account she knows she can spend. It's also good at showing you how much is left to be paid before the end of the month, etc.

They are app-based so she would need access to a phone or tablet device.

Thank you everyone. I like the idea if money being automatically assigned to pots and paid from there as I don't think she would be able to self manage sufficiently with managing the budget herself.
