NHS staff - are you disappointed with your back pay?

Well I realised the back pay from April for our pay rise wouldn't amount to much but I've just opened my payslip and my take home pay is actually £100 less than last month Hmm. Combination of increased NI and pension arrears.

@clary

I'm band 5 and I only got about £120 extra so that's disappointing. How did some of you get so much more?
NHS workers in Scotland got an extra £500 payment so some posters might be based in Scotland. Not NHS either but pay levels for staff on bands 2-5 are very low compared to the levels of responsibility and skill.

I didn't join the NHS for the money. That said, I'm not complaining about my salary being as I'm pretty much recession proof , never going to be made redundant and I could never afford my pension if I had to buy it myself.
