Can anyone help - P60, P45, child benefit questions

I'm getting all confused by the high income child benefit charge.
I earned over the £50k (gross) for 20/21 but after pension my net adjusted income is below the £50k so I'm fairly confident that I don't owe anything.

Do I still fall into having to fill in a tax return? I'm assuming that I do.

Also I seem to have changed jobs at the worst possible time. Leaving date on P45 is 31/03/21 but they paid all my outstanding holiday in April so my P45 is for 21/22 figures. Will my previous employer send a P60 for 20/21 or have I fallen into some black hole?
