Tax whilst working and living in EU.

So we live in an EU country that has a double taxation treaty with UK.

Dh has a UK contract but works entirely from home here in EU country. His company have said he can work wherever he likes. They have zero issue with him wfh permanently.

So he would like to pay the tax he pays to UK government to the government here so that we can access the healthcare, child benefit etc.

How do we go about doing this? Do we simply contact HMRC or do we need a specialist to help us?

Anyone done this? Advice greatly appreciated.
