Is it worth switching junior ISAs if you only save £50 pm ?

Just had a letter our interest rate on my kids ISA's have gone down to 2% .. I have no other investments but it says I can transfer these. Should I ?

Rates are pretty bad. Think our tesco ones are 2.25%

How old are the kids? Is this for a cash isa? If they're young I'd switch them to a S&S isa, no point in cash ones anymore.

Have you checked out Halifax regular saver. Think it's 4%. Isas aren't really important to kids as most won't be paying tax anyway

Not worth switching from one cash ISA to another paying a tiny amount more, when the sums saved are tiny, it might make the difference of pennies in interest.

Might be worth considering going into stocks and shares ISA. But you know the capital is at risk then.

There aren’t good, entirely safe options at the moment,
