My job share partner is pregnant and we are all very happy for her.
But I just want to know where I stand when she leaves.
When I applied for the jobshare I was given it on a one year trial. (I've been at my school for years) and my jobshare partner just has a yearly contract.
Will the school have to find cover for her, or will I be expected to take over the class full time?
