I haven't been able to work for years, I am a stay at home mum, I have fibromyalgia ,I have had it for a few years now , even before I was told it was fibromyalgia. I am on medication for it and although it helps , my condition is getting worse not better. I was hoping one day of maybe getting back into work but I can see this is less likely now.
I have been advised to apply for benefits, and I did the eligibility thing, and it says I can apply for ESA/PIP.
I started the claim form online and it asked me about my condition/disability, I have a few things that I can put down but as its all part of fibromyalgia, do I list fibromyalgia first and then the other conditions , or do I put fibromyalgia down as the only condition.
Any advice you can give me would be great , as I feel guilty applying for benefits but due to my condition I do need the help and I'm not getting any better.
