Easyjet woes

I wonder if anyone can help - my outbound flight was cancelled, and I have applied for refund online. However my return flight (back from Spain) is still operating, and I can't seem to figure out how to get a refund. Are they required to refund it if the outbound one was cancelled?
Thanks

This post reminded me to take a look at the progress on the easyJet website. Frustrated to see I can now checkin for my return flight, never left the UK.. The outbound flight was canceled 28th March and still says "Your request is being processed".

For all the slagging off Ryan air has had I found the process really easy and efficient. My voucher was valid for 12mths, if unused after 12mths a cash refund would automatically be given.

I'm chuffed that I've got next years holiday booked and paid for now.

Put in subject booking no / date(like 03072020 but for flight booking date / EN[/quote]
Ooh thanks so much for this- I’m still waiting on a refund from early March and a voucher for another cancelled flight so have contacted him too!
