Help - child tax question

Aaagh. I did a one off week of full time overtime last fortnight which will be paid into my salary in March, the final month of tax year. This takes my salary around £900-£1100 over what HMRC have estimated my CTC at.
Will this mean I have to pay lots back? Any idea about how much the increase is? Annual salary predicted to be £23k ish, may now be mid £24k.
Thanks

Oh, and I don't get £900 a week - it's lots less than that but that is the total discrepancy over the year from when HMRC guessed at my pay.

Put the new amount into one of the online calculators to see, but I believe the taper rate is 41p in the £, so you will lose 41p of TC for every extra £ you earn.
