I can't believe this has been going for nearly a year! I feel rather emotional

@StudentHelp and @AliciaWhiskers, I hope Neevo come up with some more tasks for us soon! I don't know why I still find the agent work scary. I always read the script really carefully and make notes before I dial, e.g. if I have to remember some key information to repeat back to the customer further down the script. I have only managed about 4 hours so far but would love to try and do more as the money is good, but I find after a maximum of 2 hours I am completely drained and can't think straight. Some days I can't manage more than an hour! Don't think I'd make a very good real life customer service representative!

I do it in 15-20 minute bursts about 3 times a day every other day as I find it really draining too!

So is the money better in being a customer on neevo by doing 25 calls or being an agent?

Could someone please clarify something for me re crisp payments through PayPal? when sending the invoice you put the address into the 'notes' section at the bottom of the invoice, is this right? Thanks.

Quick question - is it ok to do the crisp test in your phone or better on laptop? It’s just that I’m having issues on my laptop.

@SNISR, I think it depends how many calls you do an hour as an agent as agents earn $15 per hour. However, you aren't limited by the number of calls you can make as an agent.

@ZetaPuppis I think you can only use laptop or desktop

I've only managed 5 calls in an hour this morning as it seems to be quite quiet on there now.

Broken up for Christmas (work in a uni), thought I'd spend the week making lots of money...there's nothing to do! My Appen queues are all empty (one of my jobs has finished), nothing showing on Neevo. I knew I should have stayed up all night doing Appen when I had the chance!

Anyone know of anything with lots of work?

I asked and i cant do the new set of neevo calls because i did the telco ones :(

@MoreMoneyPlease and @Bemystarlord, you could be an agent for Neevo. I've just done 2 hours and I'm stopping now as it does get exhausting but I'm sure you could go on all day if you wanted!

@Catatemyhomework how do you go about becoming an agent?

@Bemystarlord, I think they emailed me, but I know they were short on agents last week so maybe you could email them and tell that you'd like to do it. Worth a go.

@ZetaPuppis I thought that too, I think they just ask you to have a read through some areas again. I also think you get a week of some sort of training before you go live. I’ve just got all my log ins but haven’t gone on yet
