Selling old clothes - easiest way?

So, I've Marie Kondo-Ed my wardrobe and have lost a lot of weight lately so a lot of my clothes no longer fit. How do people get the energy to sell things online? I have about 100 pieces of sellable clothes and listing them, selling them, packaging them etc seems like SUCH a mammoth task. Problem is I can't justify replacing anything with decent quality new clothes until I do.

Where do people get the best response from? I've tried Depop and have loads of people liking but not buying, dipping my toe into Vinted and also listing one higher end item on eBay (which I begrudge to do as it always seems to be people claiming all their money back and PayPal reversing funds).

I eBay. It is quite time consuming but as long as you're realistic with your price you will sell stuff. They often do free listing offers too. If you set aside a morning you could get lots of it up. Sometimes I do bundles so it's only one listing and one package to post. Otherwise maybe Facebook market place or local selling groups on Facebook.

You only get very low prices for second hand clothes. If you have advertised in multiple places, taken good pics and are still only getting views then you are probably asking too much. Seasonal bundles of good quality items often sell well, individual items don't seem to sell, even quality stuff. Probably its too much hassle for people to pay postage or travel for one item.

I've had a bit of luck on Depop with some of my quirkier clothes so the rest I'm bundling on eBay at 99p starter bids and then whatever doesn't sell I'll then try a bundle before heading to cash for clothes. Thanks for the tips!

eBay.

I always do BIN as I don’t want the hassle of auctions and the possibility of not actually making money on an item.

It seems really time consuming and overwhelming at first (I almost gave up) but I got into a routine with it quite quickly and now it’s no hardship at all. I’ve sold almost everything (proceeds paid for a new Mulberry bag and other bits and bobs I wanted!) and I’ll probably do another clear out soon and have some more to sell.
