Can anyone help with more information on submitting an N245 to ask for payment not to be made in full?
Should I turn up to local court to hand in form or is it okay to post? Is there an obvious place to take it to in a court building?
Will I need to supply any extra evidence besides the integrated income/outgoings form? Ie bank statements etc?
Will my child who is at uni and to whom I am making a regular contribution to count?

Thanks in advance, I cannot believe I have got myself into this mess, so please don’t judge.

Hiya - Hopefully not too late with a reply. You can send it in the post yes and you'd be surprised actually about how little they look into your income and outgoings. They don't generally request evidence unless you're requesting a hearing, which most people don't, or if the creditor objects. That would be rare - they'd have to suspect you of hiding income/savings/assets. Also - yes, put the payment down for supporting your child at uni - it's an expense you're paying out.
If you're on a low income make sure you ask for help with the fee too - you can do it online or print a form off - I think it's an EX160 but google it just in case.

Thanks 82.Flowers
Was just coming here to bump post! Form filling and finding pieces of paper a real weakness so was scared this was going to be very involved!
