Presenting information in a court???

I know it probably sounds a silly thing to ask but next week we are due for court hearing as i hope to move overseas with my family. my eldest sons father who also plans to follow us wants a v strict contact order in place once abroad. that is hopefully being negotiated at present. we have had to submit loads of info regarding schools he would attend although at mo he is only 4 and overseas his schooling wouldnt start till jan 09. what i need to know is the best way of presenting this info. we have so much info, maps, school brochures, letters. is it going to look best in A4 binder with plastic wallets for each item. Am a bit crap at that kind of stuff and just wondered what would look best or does judge not really care as long as information in place.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Judges like things to be kept as simple as possibly and do like everybody to have a copy so if you can photocopy a set for everybody it would be a great idea.

Not to up on family law, only some business law but I always take any documents to court in a wallet and not in plastic sleeves as easier to pass round if loose (assuming there is only 1 copy)
