Universal Credit - can anyone help answer?

I've applied for universal credit for the first time and my payments section has just appeared today. The amount they are going to pay is lower than estimated and I'm just wondering if they've missed something off.

My breakdown includes standard allowance, housing (although the amount is half my rent) and children. It doesn't say anything about childcare paid this month however and I have paid childcare and submitted evidence - does this sound correct or should it say something/include payment to do with the childcare?

Any help would be appreciated. DP and I split up last month and I was waiting on the calculation to see whether or not I need to move house so having an emotional day.

I posted on chat this morning but hoping I might get some more replies here. Thank you

Sorry: can't help but maybe try your local Citizens Advice by phone. They may be able to help tomorrow. Explain its pretty urgent.

Is your ex still on your tenancy agreement ? This could explain the half rent. They are notorious for messing up childare payments. Childcare I think should just be paid as another element but I'm.not 100% sure on this.

Message on your journal and ask what has happened about payment for childcare.

Ring them as they dont answer the journal x
